If it's a cup, tub, or bowl
All three cup-lidding lines share the same core barrier — protection against moisture, oxygen, and light — so the choice comes down to your filling-line format, the container material, and the finish you want on the shelf.
- Aluminium Lids — supplied pre-cut or reel-fed, sealing to PS, PET, PP, and PE containers, with multiple embossing patterns engineered for smooth peel without sacrificing seal strength. Aluminium-PE composite structures are also available, and lids are built to order in sizes and shapes rather than adapted from a fixed catalogue.
- AluPet Rolls — a 24 micron aluminium laminate finished with a heat-sealing lacquer, supplied reel-fed for water, juice, dairy-based drink, dessert, and sauce cup formats.
- Paper-Foil Laminate — a three-layer structure of paper, plastic, and aluminium foil. The foil layer carries the seal and barrier; the paper surface gives the lid a natural look and feel that sets it apart from all-plastic or all-foil alternatives. Standard builds suit ambient, room-temperature shelf products; a thicker paper construction extends it to frozen applications like ice cream.
If it's a blister card
There's one answer: Blister Foil — pharma-grade aluminium in 20, 25, and 30 micron, sealable to PVC, PVDC, PP, and PE blister bottoms, sourced through an exclusive partnership with a GMP-certified European manufacturer. It's the only Nisan line built for tablets, capsules, and other dosage forms.
If it's a jar, bottle, or drum
Sealing Solutions is four liner families, not one product — and picking the wrong one is the easiest mistake to make.
